This subscription includes your initial consultation and the first four weeks of medication. After the first month, the cost is $249 per month up to 1mg/dose. Higher doses - 1.7mg and 2.5mg are an additional $25 per month ($274/month)
The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Semaglutide - First Month Subscription
Refunds will be given in full if you are not approved by the doctor for the program based on the information you provide in your medical history paperwork and in-person or telehealth visit.
Additionally, Online orders are required to schedule an in-person or telehealth visit before any medication is shipped.
Clients are also required to fill out all required paperwork before medication is shipped.
Once purchased, clients have 30 days to complete their paperwork and visit. In the event that the client does not complete these items in the 30 day time period, they will be refunded all fees paid except a $50 service fee. This fee is is non-refundable and will be retained by MYWLP, LLC. Your completed purchase of online products indicates your agreement with this policy.
